Located in the heart of Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile, GC Studio’s latest interior design project embodies a refined fusion of modern sophistication, timeless elegance, and luxurious comfort. Designed by studio founders Alexis González and Lucía Casaus, the residence is part of Epic by Fendi Marbella, a landmark collaboration between Sierra Blanca Estates and Epic by Fendi Casa. Designed as a two-story residence, the home unfolds across a generous layout that effortlessly balances private retreat and social living. GC Studio’s interiors exude quiet confidence: a restrained palette, natural materials, and meticulous detailing speak volumes without excess. Warm neutrals dominate, while ochre and carmine accents weave through textiles and décor, adding subtle vibrancy to the spatial composition.

At the heart of the home, a sculptural kitchen—crafted from marble and stone and outfitted with Gaggenau appliances—anchors the social space. The adjoining dining and lounge areas are designed for conviviality yet radiate serenity, a balance that defines the entire residence.

Each bedroom suite is a sanctuary of privacy. In the primary suite, tranquility is conveyed through material tactility and soft transitions in tone and light. A freestanding Italian marble bathtub serves as a sculptural centerpiece, reinforcing the suite’s understated luxury.

Outside, the expansive terrace becomes a natural extension of the interiors. Subtle yet intentional zoning defines areas for dining, lounging, sunbathing, and alfresco bathing—each articulated with the same precision, creating a holistic living experience in harmony with the Mediterranean climate.

“This space is an exercise in elevated restraint,” say González and Casaus. “We’ve embraced noble materials, rich textures, and a lighting concept that harmonizes beauty with purpose.”
